En effet, cette technique permet la production massive et rapide de plantes conformes et saines. Pour le palmier dattier, deux techniques de micropropagation sont largement utilis\u00e9es dans les laboratoires de production de vitroplants dans le monde. Ces deux techniques sont l\u2019organogen\u00e8se et l\u2019embryogen\u00e8se somatique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La technique de l\u2019organogen\u00e8se comprend plusieurs \u00e9tapes,\u00a0\u00e0 savoir, l\u2019initiation des bourgeons donnant naissance \u00e0 des souches bourgeonnantes, la multiplication de ces souches bourgeonnantes, l\u2019\u00e9longation des bourgeons en pousses feuill\u00e9es, l\u2019enracinement de ces pousses pour donner des plantules (dits vitroplants) puis l\u2019acclimatation des vitroplants.
